Soapworks
The transformation of the former Colgate-Palmolive factory in Salford Quays has reimagined a challenging industrial site into an award-winning, commercially successful scheme. Our design draws direct inspiration from the building’s unique character—specifically its iconic yellow fire-escape staircases and the restored heritage brickwork of the original boilerhouse. By distilling these defining features, we have extended the site’s distinct personality into a workspace that is as bold and characterful as the architecture itself.
