60 Spring Gardens
60 Spring Gardens, a Grade II listed landmark, required a strategic intervention to overcome persistent leasing challenges. We curated a design that honours the building’s historic character through subtle, complementary references. By utilising a neutral material and colour palette, we ensured broad appeal while integrating sophisticated features to provide a distinct "wow factor." The immediate success of the first-floor suite served as a blueprint, which we then extended across the remaining floors, introducing subtle variations to maintain a cohesive yet individual identity for each level.
