Moor Hall, a prestigious three-Michelin-starred destination in Lancashire, is set within five acres of gardens that provide the foundation for Chef Patron Mark Birchall’s hyper-local, award-winning culinary vision. Our redesign of the lounge and bar areas was driven by a commitment to honour the building’s historic fabric while elevating the guest experience. By balancing traditional heritage elements with modern refinement, we crafted a space that feels both deeply rooted in its rural context and inherently premium. The resulting environment offers a sophisticated, comfortable retreat that perfectly complements the exceptional artistry of both Moor Hall and its sister restaurant, The Barn.
