AXI have been appointed by APAM to deliver a new CAT B fitout to 5500sqft office space at 60 Spring Gardens, Manchester. Target handover is spring 2021.

Park House: Phase one complete

AXI have handed over phase one of the refurbishment to Park House, phase two shall commence early 2021 and will entail renovation of the adjoning pizza express unit into a new co-working and meeting room space.
