Project
Exchange Flags
Exchange Flags serves as a historic architectural landmark where we were tasked with delivering a best-in-class plug-and-play office suite on a constrained budget. Our design strategy was deeply rooted in the building’s inherent grandeur, nodding to its monumental features while responding to its prime, coastal Liverpool location. Beyond the workspace, we refurbished the circulation areas and WCs, ensuring a cohesive standard of quality throughout.
